Thank you for considering joining our active and friendly society. Here are only some of the advantages of taking out an annual subscription for membership of the Cleveland FHS.
A small team of knowledgeable members produce the ‘ must have’ quarterly Journal of the Cleveland FHS. This usually consists of 56 pages of local news, helpful information, advice and excellent stories from others regarding their research. The Members Interests and Members Help sections allow you to publish details of your own research for the benefit of others, and with over 1,500 members it should not be long before a long lost cousin comes out of the woodwork.
You will receive password access to the Members only section of this Cleveland FHS website where we will eventually publish archived material from previous journals and society publications free of charge. This is an ongoing project that is in its early stages so please bear with us.
Monthly Branch Meetings are held at Hartlepool, Sedgefield and Upper Dales and are open to members and non-members alike. See Society Meetings page for details of dates, times and exact locations. An interesting annual Family History Day is held during the Spring to which all members and friends are invited to attend.
